General Principles
PT Nusaena Multimaji Teknomedia conducts its business honestly, fairly, transparently and responsibly. This policy applies to all directors, employees, freelancers and partners acting on behalf of the company.
Anti-Bribery & Gratuities
We prohibit all forms of bribery, extortion, kickbacks and facilitation payments, whether to public officials or private parties.
- Employees may not give or accept gifts, entertainment or other benefits that could influence business decisions.
- Modest gifts that cannot be refused must be reported to a supervisor.
- We respect the gift policies of every client, including state-owned enterprises, government agencies and oil and gas companies.
Conflicts of Interest
Employees must avoid situations in which personal, family or group interests could conflict with the interests of the company or its clients. Any potential conflict of interest must be disclosed to management before a decision is made.
Client Data Confidentiality
We keep all of our clients’ information, documents, data, photos and videos confidential. This information is used only for the project, stored securely and never published without the client’s written consent, including for portfolio purposes.
Fair Competition
We compete fairly on quality, innovation and reasonable prices. We do not engage in price fixing, bid rigging or any other practice that breaches competition law.
Legal Compliance
We comply with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including tax, employment, intellectual property and copyright, and personal data protection, as well as the business licensing and vendor requirements set by our clients.
Whistleblowing
Anyone who becomes aware of a suspected breach of this policy can report it by email to info@nusaenateknomedia.com. Every report is handled confidentially, and anyone reporting in good faith is protected from retaliation of any kind.
Management & Employee Commitment
- Management: Leads by example, provides ethics briefings and training, and follows up every report fairly.
- Employees: Understand and follow this policy, refuse unethical practices and report suspected breaches.
- Consequences: Breaches of this policy may lead to sanctions under company regulations and applicable law.
Approval
This policy applies to everyone at PT Nusaena Multimaji Teknomedia from the date it is adopted and is reviewed regularly.
