Policy Statement
PT Nusaena Multimaji Teknomedia is committed to making health, safety and environmental protection (HSE) an integral part of all our business activities, at the office, in the production studio, at event venues, and at our clients’ sites and remote areas.
We believe that every workplace accident, occupational illness and environmental incident can be prevented. Safety is therefore never traded off against deadlines, costs or production targets.
Management Commitment
The management of PT Nusaena Multimaji Teknomedia is committed to:
- Leadership: Leading HSE by example, setting measurable HSE objectives, and providing adequate resources, equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Hazard identification & risk control: Identifying hazards and assessing risks before work starts, including field production, drone flights, event set-up and work at project sites, and applying the right controls.
- Regulatory compliance: Complying with Indonesian occupational health and safety (K3) and environmental regulations, drone flight permit requirements, and our clients’ HSE standards and procedures.
- Competence & training: Making sure every employee has the competence and training their work requires, including T-BOSIET OPITO certification for work at offshore oil and gas facilities.
- Stop Work Authority: Giving everyone the right and the duty to stop any work they consider unsafe, without any penalty or pressure.
- Incident reporting & investigation: Encouraging the reporting of every incident, near miss and unsafe condition, and investigating them to prevent recurrence.
- Continuous improvement: Reviewing our HSE performance regularly, setting corrective actions and continuously improving the way we work.
- Environmental care: Reducing our environmental impact by saving energy and materials, managing waste properly and favouring environmentally friendly print media and printing solutions.
Commitment of All Employees
Every employee, freelancer and partner working with us must:
- Follow safe work procedures, safety signs and HSE rules at every workplace.
- Use the right PPE correctly while working.
- Stop work and inform their supervisor when they see an unsafe condition or act.
- Report every incident and near miss as soon as possible.
- Look after their own health, never work under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and look out for the safety of colleagues.
- Keep the workplace clean and use energy and materials wisely.
Approval
This policy applies to all employees, freelancers and partners of PT Nusaena Multimaji Teknomedia. It is communicated to all relevant parties and reviewed at least once a year.
